Life Cycles is a basic program for forming ministry communities, developed collaboratively by experienced ministry developers and offered by LeaderResources. http://www.leaderresources.org/resources/adult_education/multi-year/lifecycles.php

Annual workshops at St. John’s College Winnipeg emphasize the role of ministry developer.  Click here for the current brochure.

OACES developed the materials used in the Diocese of Nebraska, and has a number of other resources, too. www.oaces.org
