  I. Working with Group
     A. Uses skills of group dynamics for effective group action.
     B. Applies skills for assessment and decision making that maximize participation and ownership.

     D. Uses networking, advocacy and political skills in wider church systems.

  II. Working in church systems
     A. Demonstrates congregational development skills.

  III. Leading and teaching theological reflection and interpretation

  IV. Making companions in ministry
